Well my new NUR Spec baffle pipe arrived this morning so in between showers I put it inside the afterburner (Sorry exhaust) then went to start the car........Mazda says no !!!
Cranking it over for a while nothing ! then the battery starts going flat......right jump leads and passat on standby connect and crank........took ages but finally fired into life......Yep I guess I made the cardinal sin at the weekend.....As the car is so noisey when I got home on friday evening I free wheeled up to the kerb at my house and shut it off so as not to annoy the neighbours, then saturday morning I moved it from the road into my garden and shut it off probably only running for 2 mins max......so I guess I had probably flooded it ! Anyway bung fitted car now running went for a quick spin (Not literally) All seems ok again.....Lesson to myself at least let it warm up for a few mins before shutting off again.
Anyway new tyres ordered x 4 wheel alignment booked in at the same time and possibly a centre silencer too.....I have managed to source most of the trim parts I need to tidy the interior apart from floor mats....
Hopefully be able to give it a good clean at the weekend weather permitting.
Oh and even with the bung in its loud but only one ear bleeds now instead of both ears

I lasted 2 months on a Trust 4" system. It was the loudest thing I had ever heard. Sounded soooo cool though!
Ref the flooding: Just make sure you get in the habit of holding it at 3k and then shutting the car off and flooring the accelerator. This will get rid of any remaining fuel on shut down. I never had flooding issues doing this.
Cheers
