Few bits done and changed.
Wheels are now red, might not be everyone's cup of tea but its a change for a while. I have also got a seibon mugen style carbon spoiler as well.

I have just finished a full aluminium undertray and rear diffuser which I will have a picture by the end of the week of the actual one on the car. Looks pretty good even if I do say so myself. Here is a picture of one of the prototypes on the car. Changed a few bits since this.

I have sold my recaro pole positions last night as I don't sit low enough in the car and I'm pretty sure I'm decided on the Tillett's B5 as a replacement. With a cushion they are only 10mm thick.

If anyone knows of a good reason not to go for these please let me know ASAP.
There will be some changes in the ecu soon as well as had enough of the AEM crap but will say more when it's on it's way as just waiting on a patch lead at the moment.

Before you buy these Matt you may want to consider these. They are essentially similar but may represent a great option..........

Probably about 50 hours in total. Will be selling some to recoup some of the costs. It will be about the third of the price of the carbon one you can buy but the carbon one is meant for stock car and exhaust. I have made this one to fit around my 3" system and under body braces.
Carbon will be lighter but less versatile as if you hit something the carbon will smash but alloy you can use a hammer and fix it haha.

Shame I've got a SWB 300zx, that could have saved me a whole load of time and effort

It's not just the time but the machinery I have at my finger tips. There is hundreds of thousands of pounds worth of equipment just to make them and without that you couldn't get the quality. I had to do 2 complete prototypes to get it right. Just got to road test it when the final one is folded to make sure there is no rattles and ground clearance is ok.

Did you develope the design yourself or take inspiration from other undertrays/diffusers currently available from other suppliers/fitted to Time Attack and BTCC comp cars etc?
and are you confident that it will be as effective as it looks?
