I had a bit of a paddy on Saturday, when I realised the swirl pot I intended to fit in the boot, couldn't fire walled as I planned...
It is a requirement of time attack that any modifications that puts fuel into the boot, has to be fire walled to the cabin. This follows the MSA rulings...

I know it's the right thing and it's my safety at the end of the day, but the Impreza is not the easiest thing to fire wall, as I found out when Mocom removed 19KGS :o from the rear or my car.....
The parcel shelf is riddled with holes, two of which house the access holes for the boot hinge!

Well after much head scratching and looking into the rule books, I managed to source a complete Carbon Fibre fire wall from AS Performance.
Yet again Alyn came up with the goods. This includes a parcel shelf seal and the main aperture to the rear boot....
I haven't managed to find something that Alyn doesn't stock, or can't get hold of easily and quickly...

Alyn thanks again for your support, help and unbelievable list of parts/suppliers. :notworthy:
