well according to the insurance company, it's down to engine layout. e.g. mines currently in the back, i know i was confused too by it, but thats what they say :)

So yes back on topic before this becomes a Supra thread :D when i get back from holiday, i'll give the box a quick degrease for Eddy as its a bit mucky. Then book it in :thumbs: (must remember to take my clutch line and plastic pan too)

Is that 4/5k for the turbo version or the N/A one ? Must be the N/A for that.

I think if its turbo you are after then the UK spec car is better equipped than the JDM version.

n/a manual or auto single turbo are priced around 4 to 5 grand :) my only problem i have with UK Supras is that they have that ugly frigging intake on the bonnet and huge washer jets which spoil the cars appearence. so i'm looking more at an import and at a later date, have the uk big brake kit fitted. But for now i'm plumming for an n/a aerotop (boo at n/a i can hear most say) but i want a nice drivers car that i can go on long cruises with and have a laugh rather than thumping around the track breaking it. :cheers2:

this explains the scoop and washer jets;

Wouldn't it be cheaper to get a UK spec car and change the bonnet?

not really Tony, they're around the same price and tbh can do without the hasstle of trying to find the same colour bonnet and bumper in good condition that hasnt faded.

so plans are, hopefully a white or blue supra, aerotop, n/a, import :smash:
