Well consignment one is here, another should be here tomorrow.
Pleased with this and am now aware of the huge job in hand in order to make it fit and fit properly. The carbon cone fits beautifully, couldnt help but rest it in place
I have a dummy uppipe fitted and a dummy downpipe coming that will need to be modifed to fit the RHD setup. Its gonna be a pain but worth it in the end i hope.
One all the bits are here i can make a start at getting it bolted up to teh existing 2ltr, where i can check, check and check again that everything fits properly. This assembly will then be dropped back into the car so i can again check that it all fits as perfectly as possible, along with the external wastegate setup.
Once im happy, and only then will it all be taken off and sent for making properly and ceramic coating. Then the 2.5 will be put together.
But heres some long overdue pics guys, i know ive deprived you all recently.

Love the glyphs on the turbine blades....very Stargate.
Hope UKGOV doesn't start charging for air usage as that turbo will be sucking plenty by the looks of it, and no doubts your car will be travelling somewhere in excess of lightspeed with all that lovely kit eventually working in harmony.
Very nice indeedy Frayz :thumb:
Buggers cancelled my op just a couple of days before it was due. Inconsiderate barstewards!!
Waiting now for another execution date!!:headhack:
the stock turbo sits parallel to the front of the car and faces forward. This is too big to fit in the stock location so it has to be clocked approx 45 degrees to the left so that the inlet no longer runs under the manifold but next to it.
Look like this when fitted, only not as pretty
