I have decided to do something about the fuel situation today.

The hyperflow anti surge tank hasnt cured the fuel surge as much as I would have liked so the plan will be to fit:

Image

Within the boot area fed by the Walbro 255 pump in the tank and with a Bosch 044 fuel pump taking the fuel from this slightly pressurised container to the main fuel rail.

I will be boxing it into its own compartment within the boot so that I do not have to totally firewall the rear seat area and remove rear seat belt mechanisms.

The swirl pot I think i will use is 1.5 litres which should be enough to sustain a sufficient flow of fuel to the engine during extremes of cornering G.

Hopefully this can then cross this issue off the list and I can run it lighter on fuel.
