Come on Stu, think of all the unnecessary weight in that Ali, paint and foam cover.
Handle every stressful situation like a dog. If you can't eat it or hump it, piss on it and walk away!

Gerry

I am sorry. I had failed to acknowledge Frayz and his blasphemous use of unnecessary products, like these non performance related ones :notworthy:

He is pursuing enlightenment from a different source, one that favours shiny things over functional things

Whilst I do secretly admire his love of the polished car and reflective paintwork, I maintain that speed is the ultimate purity and I will not taint the M with such addenda.

Forgive my mistake Lord Houghton :thumb:

Can't see your face in matt black no matter how much polish you use.

Stu, the foam is what the WRC boys used on the works cars for various things. i have a small roll of it left.
I dont have much but if you dont need much, i can give you some. :)

At least you have evaluated the merits of weight saving and how to put right the imbalance you have so recklessly created ;)

I have no need for the foam at the moment mate, kind offer though, thanks

150g is child's play. 1kg is more like it :thumb:

Look what Mr Postie dropped off this morning :norty:

Now officially the owner of a Tial 44mm external wastegate. V-bands on both ends for the best mounting possible.

Build quality is the usual Tial. Nothing short of mindblowing... but i'll let you see for yourselves. :D

Now just my turbo and i can get on with some fabrication.

I like the attention to detail...shows good quality most of the time. I have to say though i'd be more interested in finding out how it performs.

Frayz, all this blinginess you're adding to the car makes it look pretty damn nice....however.....are you ever going to use the car in anger i.e. Drag & Track, or is it just going to be a show winning car as i have no doubts it would definately win some shows for sure?? :D
Buggers cancelled my op just a couple of days before it was due. Inconsiderate barstewards!!

Waiting now for another execution date!!:headhack:

Lol at you lot. Youre always on about the bling. Just because i want it to look nice means i wont use it?

Ive only ever been to one Jap show in 3 years and it was crap and have never been again.

My car is far from any show car, its not even close. Im building the car for me and will enjoy the usual tradition of kicking the shit out of it like i have done ever since i bought it. Im not doing this to show off to others, its way too expensive to do for someone elses gratification.

Everything i do, i do it for myself.

Is the RCM gobstopper only a show car because its built nice?
