1000lb springs! I guess the full slicks 'need' that kind of rate to work properly........or is that not actually as stiff as it sounds?

Yeah he did have a good position, but yrs are great too gareth.
There's some really interesting ones further on which show the car from the rear cornering hard. Surprising amount of roll on the tyres and I wonder if they're a little soft or if they're supposed to deform that way. Unlikely to ever find out as won't get comparative shots.
The 1000lbers are very stiff but are what nitron recommended. Although I'm now wondering if I changed them for 800s, won't know till I rummage around in the garage, unless Daz sold them....

Just been reading through this thread having been away from this forum for a while.
Great car! I considered an R32 GTR track car some time ago but I think I quizzed Stuart about them and he scared me off!
Your car is certainly powerful - 145 mph down the back straight at Bedford. Jeez! What was your VMax at Snett?

Interesting photo
Nice trainers Mr Monster. I do love a drop of retro trainers (especially partial to Gazelle's in the same colourway
)
Look at the expressions of the two dudes looking at the R32
Funny as......

Haha, I think I look more confused than pissed off about my stupidity. Agreed on the trainers, took me ages to find thos - Air Pegasus '89 if you're interested.
The bloke with his hands on his hips is my bud James, was there with his Noble, he's probably releived that his ally fuel cap wouldn't fit the gtr as despite generously letting me try it I think he was concerned i was going to bugger off with it leaving him in the pits.... I just wanted to see if all fuel caps were the same
