jaffa's coming home :)
power figures are dissapointing, its over standard for the engine but not right due to the carbs not performing as well as they should be, only getting power to 6k revs before falling off
a new set of carbs are on the cards then things should be a bit better :)
plus side is though it now revs and runs under load so i cant wait to give it a little test

Are the figures that bad you can`t share with us?
Sorry mate thats a bit of a stupid question isnt it? It must be a real kick in the nuts when you`ve slogged your guts out building it, then it under performs on the dyno and throws up more work?:banghead:
will jaffa be out for brands?

If I can get a place then yes Jaffa will have a little shakedown.
Yes figures are well down at 144 at the fly but with poor fuelling it's not so bad standard kr engine is 139
ray said with a decent set of carbs it will be a screamer so something to look forward to

Bit of a wounder there Trev. At least it's safe and useable so you can get it out and have a little play. Good luck with sourcing new carbs:thumbs:
