Cheers Bud, I think it's partially heat reduction and weight the calipers are made out of billet aluminium and the whole set up weighs practically nothing. The rear tyres are 19 inches across and 33 inches tall I will be sending it up to Hauser Race again soon to work out the offset on the fronts so I can order the right size front wheels, while it is there we can mock up the engine block to work out how much room I will have for the Big Block so I can see what size manifold and filter can be used.
Work starts on the electrics Wednesday and hopefully this will be done by the end of the weekend - still looking to complete this year but just have to take it one step at a time :)

Driving a fast Jap import is like coming out of the closet, you might surprise some people, but in the end you are still gay.

Nearly finished the electrics and got the running gear finished on the front end, actually wheeled the car out of the garage today for the first time in over a year just to see how it looked in the sunlight!!

Oi, I've caught you!!

When did you sneak that red one in  Details Sir, details*

There is something about getting cars out in their natural environment and letting the sun shine on them and yours looks particularly well on it.

The wiring looks like an absolute nightmare; I still have the shivers when I think back to the various cars that I've stripped. The wiring always leaves me cold and I've never got my head around it properly.

* Now then, what about this red Mustang :D

The red one is a 94 Mustang GT, used as a runabout and a bit of fun at the weekend

The car has a few mods just to sharpen it up a bit

5.0 ltr engine with Nitrous
Cold air intake
lowered
upgraded brakes
B&M shift controller

Love that first pic with the comment "Nearly finished the electrics"

You and I must have gone to the same school of tidy wiring

Now finished all the internal wiring and everything works!!! I have been scanning through the Summit catalogue looking for parts to tackle the braking system and have been adding bits and pieces to my wish list. I've ordered the front wheels, window net and fixing kit which should be fitted before the end of the month, will keep the thread up to date as bits go on anyway here's a picture of the dash now it's near enough finished
