as said ill get better pics tomorrow

I only give Bart aggro from time to time, as he knows I love him really :D We have a shared love of power tools and rough measurements!

Do you still like your wheels Strongbow yellow or do you reckon a little repaint in something darker (i.e. Black) would look good? I even have some NATO if you want it :)

been a while since ive done anything to my car and to be honest its really looking abit sorry for itself at the moment, normally i take this car to all the car shows but its been to only one this year as ive just been to busy with working on the race car or busy at work.

car had its MOT at the end of august and it past with only 1 advisery so at gordons i got car on ramp to ajust handbrake cable and the underside of the floor pan is mint even gordon and couple other guys were impressed with it. on both sides of the sills they have started to blister so im going to have a mate weld in to new sill sections, i dont want to leave it to long as it will eat into the floor pan then im going to stone chip and wax oil the hell out the underside of the car.

couple months ago a tw4t hit the front of my car and drove off smashed my indicator, headlight, front grill, headlight and bent the wing but supprisingly the bumper only had bit paint come off (i make my bumpers strong lol).
so put old bonnet back on and binned my cossie grill and headlight strip and bought a new lot, i also today got herbies old side skirts out of pauls shed and get them painted up and fitted to my car.

new original cosworth grill rubbed down
Image

side skirt not quite rubbed down, previous owner used plastic paint and using a power tool (hair dryer) pealled the paint off

the miss's would kick my arse if she knew i was using her hairdryer for this:smilielol5:

as said cosworth bonnet is off the car and that is going over to my brothers to be painted.
also alloy wheels are having a repaint and just started rubbing them down, hoping to have an ace looking car for the start next year, fingers crossed.:auto:
