Hope you don't mind my mentioning it

Oh Yeah! Sorry :)

Just that if it were me, I could guarantee knocking something into there.

I'll shut up now :D

The paint job is nice. Something like the Aubergine that was popular for hot Minis in the late 60s / early 70s. Looked great with wide arches and de-seamed.

Great thread BTW :thumb:

Turned the engine over mainly to check oil pressure this evening done that without the inlet on it held a nice 90 psi of oil pressure :D

Next was to get manifold loom and fuel plumed in its just about done a few loose ends to sort out tomorrow and will fire it up :D

update the engine is running :bigok: but on standard management we will now get the inside back together fit the gauges that need fitting and tie up a few loose ends. In January we will be fitting management and will be time to say goodbye to the MAFF and will be going MAP :D The engine can then be run in change injectors and then can be mapped to its full potential :D . The engine bay is going to be re wired and we will be changing it to a single coil pack instead of 4 independent ones so will update as we proceed :D
