Don't need anti-lag on the 2.5

ooh ganging up on a poor little 2.1 owner now are we :!:

I don't need ALS, its just nice to have :D Mine its running full ALS, as are most road going cars that have it, its really just for teh noise etc. Mine makes the turbo spool to 0.3-0.4 bar, so it must help a little if you come off boost out of a slow corner etc...

What is this 'off boost' thing :D ? ;)

I weighed mine on Wednesday at Snetterton and with half a tank and all rear seats it now weighs 1465kg

Previously it was 1505kg with 1/4 tank so heading in the right direction.

Will be down to 1450kg in Track trim without rear seats. Obviously a bit more weight loss to go to get it below 1400 and close to classic weight but heading in the right direction.

The coilovers have shaved loads of weight off, plus I didnt have a spare wheel in.

I was going to take the rear seats out but there was a queue behind me at the weighbridge :D

Is the weighbridge available at every meet Dunc?

Be interesting to see what mine is, as its meant to be circa 1250kg. But what it is really would be interesting, I am sure with a cage etc it will weight more.

Well done with your preparation. It's always satisfying to be able to tick off jobs.

Good luck to you and Mike Payne - "Team BigPower" :thumb:
