Dan not sure if anyone else has said on here Plasticx will get those lights nice and clean on the outside but sadly most of the yellowing is on the inside so will need splitting to get them right! But then you could get them looking like the facelift ones and black the reflector.

Thats exactly what i'm going to be doing John :thumbs: the facelift style is much better. Just have to arrange a meet with our very own Russ on here and let him have a bash at those lenses ;)

Cheers John, i'll bear that in mind if Russ cant sort it :smash:

Okay, another update :) so today i can hear that the exhaust is steadily getting worse. the cat imo has blown and it;s making a horrible racket like the car could do with a strepsil. so if anyone reading this has a 4 post lift i could use breifly so i can check the underside, that'll be great thanks :D

Also i made a start on the jdm solid tilt bracket, first i found a couple of solid black nylon blocks;

marked out;

cut and grub screw fitted;

now, it looks like a dogs arse. however the next step is to surface all edges, dril the four holes on the face (2 for the plate, 2 for the actual mount) smooth over the join and then paint in the same OEM plate holder colour.

it's going to be awesome, trust me ;)

Okay so quick update :) still havent got around to finish the tilted plate holder ^ but i'll sort it out soon. So after marham i had to address a few issues, firstly where i 'tapped' one of the tyres with the front valance of the car, had to be rubbed back and repainted. it'll do for now until i get another can of toyota paint and some laquer. the rear silencer was low slung again where my temporary jubelee clips had fallen off the mounts, thats now sorted out so it sits right and stops making a bonk noise everytime i go over a bump :) and i noticed that the rear spat next to the exhaust has two pop rivets sheared off on the supporting bracket, when i go back to work i'll bung a couple more in there and job done.
