Onwards and upwards chap. Stick at it, they all get us down sometimes but the work youve put in is great. Loving the black Brembos too.

Personally id have the wheels fully painted as i dont like the polished lip but its your call, im sure they;ll look pretty mint once done anyway :D

I have to say I felt a smack of pride reading the update Ben. I'm delighted that you're putting the parts off of my old GTR (Lord bless her) to good use and genuinely happy that they are all serving you well.

More than that though, there is something about owning and living with a 32. Not something that I can put my finger on easily but it goes beyond owning a performance car. There is something in the emotion of the sound, the feel for what the car is doing on the road, the car feels like a breathing, living creation; not some soulless way of getting from A to B.

You do need to drive the car Ben. It was my failing and taking mine off of the road was the worst thing I could have done, it nailed the lid on the coffin for sure. We all get affected by boredom in an automotive sense by there are very few cars that can offer the power, poise, kudos and passion of a GTR for anything like the money.

The best remedy for boredom is a bloody good drive. Let me know if you ever fancy a good old fashioned road trip :)

The plan sounds great Ben !!! Car looks superb and good to hear about the suspension, it handled great on your Ohlins so you giving better praise.....they must be good !!

We all go through the love / hate relationship with cars. As you know I have started looking for something else but drove mine to Beccles yesterday and absolutely loved it again. I think it is a question of what you really want a car for that should make the decision to stay / keep.
You have a brilliant car that is very tastefully modified. I'd look at the goals and what you want to achieve with the car eg DJetro, fuel pump, bigger injectors will all make the car much more thirsty, are you aiming to increase performance ? Make it run smoother etc ? If they dont really need doing then dont fit them. I think it is far too easy to get wrapped up actually spending money on your car and not enjoying what you have but we've all been there

Looks good though mate and will look forward to hearing what a difference they have made after the tracknight on wed.

Stu, really the thanks goes to you chap, all the parts that you car surrendered have really added to the enjoyment ... for those that don't know, the turbos, suspension, brakes, steering wheel to name just a few parts have all come from Stuart's grey 32.

I don't yet, was going to get one .. but for the cost - it's a luxury, it took say 2 min to choose my settings.

Remember the EDFC can only be preprogrammed for 3 positions .. i..e soft med hard
