yes UK cars have a fog light in the RH cluster...............

have converted quite a few using a red LED bulb in the RH reversing aperture..................

They represent a fantastic starting point and enormous value if you can control your wallet and appetite for speed. A few years have passed since the undesirable element have left these alone too, which never hurts.
