Not that i know of, probably easier just to change it.

your new tuner should be able to sort mate,

he should be able to find any issues, and test wastegate to find out what pressure it will open at.who you using now?

gary, I was out early this morning checking the hole air intake system.

found out that the wastegate top hat was loose.
all the screws needed to be at least a 3rd of a turn/
would this explain some of the lag?

once the weather clears a bit im going to take the wastegate apart to see it there
is any internal damage and look at the wastegate spring to see if it has a poundage spring rating.

it wont help mate, but wouldnt think it was that.also if you fix issue dont drive it hard till they check map as you might suddenly get to map of map they not mapped.

what wastegate is it? can you get a pic

New tuner is RGS Motorsport in Wellingbourgh. The guy that will be doing the mapping is Richard who also works for Dyno Dynamics.

I think the make is 'XS Sport' but Alans taking a pic of it now so he'll post it and info.
