The greens were already connected - just disconnected them. Now when I start it there are no clicks from solenoid and fans do not come on.

No error codes when connecting black to black.

Inclined to believe that the boost gauge is out - just launched it and if it hadn't been for holding onto the steering wheel I'd have been thrown onto the back set!...

The gauge sits at -700 on idle and when I pull away it only increases to -500 ... Even when I start to accelerate it doesn't hit 0 .. I can be at 4000 rpm accelerating and it still not going past 0. I've checked all the pipes to it and they look ok - It's connected with a T piece. Does it need to be before or after the boost controller?

Do you have an aftermarket boost controller
Or are you on about the boost solenoid

Happy to have helped with the green plugs they should not be connected

Good call on the plugs.

Been looking online at where the boost gauge should be connected.

Mine is in line with the actuator and has a valve - Just out of view, it's the blue pipe.

I found this recommendation that it should be connected at the front coming off the plenum.

Trev how is your's connected?

No to aftermarket boost controller.
Only the standard boost solenoid.

It's best to take it from the manifold I think
It's where mine is plumbed in although mine is completely different being a v2 but same principle

- but is that as per the second pic? i.e. the inlet manifold?

Nice find buddy, went out to get some piping but they didn't have the right size ! .. will have to wait till Sca opens on monday.
