All that and you put a filthy wheel back on :)
Good work though; was that high temperature paint or will you be doing it again in a fortnight? ;)

yeah yea hi know :D the whole car is filthy mate :smash: it really needs a clean but hey got to let the paint cure proplery and the stickers to bake on. Nope this was proper VHT paint, the same i used on the hubs :)

Tomorrow i'll get underneath the car and do the same process but to the fuel tank cover pan, because thats pretty scabby. :)

if the paint on the calipers doesn't last - take them to Chris at H-tech, he did a lovely job of my GTR one's.

Ooooooooooooo
Maff, don't ask a man that............especially when his fuel economy is that bad! In fairness I'll let Dan answer for himself but everytime he has quoted me figures I presume that he is either
a) pissed
b) making it up
c) caning it everywhere!
I can't see how an NA 3 litre car with a relatively modern engine can only do the mileage he was quoting. The MK4 OC quote anything from 22 to 29mpg subject to driving style and servicing. (Manuals not autos)

Thanks Matt ;) it certianly raises a smile on my face, come up trumps with this one.

Now this is where things go weird. on the expensive stuff 97/99 RON it does do alot more mpg than 95. Roughtly from my mind when i went Bury St.Edmunds 35 miles total cost me about

Jees. Dan, Thats less than 20mpg
You must drive everywhere like the Dukes of hazzard. You sure there's not a hole in the tank? I always though your mr2 figures were scary.
