The target is 500ish....I've still got to do some research on options for improving turbo spool.

Shouldn't Gordon have that covered? I thought that was the idea behind the sponsorship/support with having his business advertised on your car?

Gordon's time is very limited as he works alone and his focus is now mainly on drag stuff, long storey. He is still helping us when he can so if I can research info then 1. I have a better understanding of whats what and 2. Alan can do the work with advice from Gordon. Once we have a few ideas then we will speak to Gordon about a few things at once.

Swung by Gordons this morning on my way home just as he was finishing mapping a R3?? rear wheel drive, 461bhp restricted by the injectors. As he was waiting for an evo to arrive for some mapping we sat down to discuss our little sierra.
Very happy with how things went, we discussed the pro's and con's of everything I raised. The bottom line is we need either more revs (Double valve springs) or a new turbo (GTX30).
I've basicall agreed with Gordon on the way forward, just need to inform Alan of what me and Gordon decided and why.....That should be interesting

The one thing that came out of my chat with Gordon is the issue of fitting Double valve springs without removing the head. Gordon will provide the info and instructions but it would be Alan doing the work. So in this instance it will be Alan's decision if he is happy and comfortable to do that.

As some of you may know Alan works at the The University of Birmingham. I think this will be a good club for Alan to get involved with.

We're looking to fit a fuel swirl pot kit in the spare wheel well of the car. Just one slight problem it needs to be fire walled in. The fire wall what ever it is will need to be removable so when the car is on display at car shows I want the setup on show.

Any and all ideas welcomed as to how to do it. This is an old picture of the wheel well.
