Do you want the centre caps Stu? Might have some Audi ones that could be adapted...

No buddy. I was hoping to pop along at lunchtime but those plans were scuppered today with more meetings. Have fun Mike. Show them how it's done mate

Guys

I am considering stripping the Cupra out, shedding some weight and making it a lot more sporty (like my old mk2's) but I can't find a comparable project thread on SCN. Basically I wanted to look at someone else that has done this already to see if there are any pitfalls, shortcuts or general things to note. I know the front seats are really heavy so there are lots of KGs to save there, but it's the less obvious stuff I was trying to get a head start on.

Think this but mk1 Leon, and you get the idea of where I am coming from

Does anyone know of a project thread somewhere on the internet?? Any links please?

Thanks

One of the guys on SCN has just sent me a photo of his, with wide arches, Rota's and Corbeau bucket seats :) It's looking promising.
