If anything mate having to pay out on a mortgage, council tax, water rates, electricity bills, gas bills, house insurance and so on every month means that you'll have less disposable income for you to waste on cars, and I'm not sure about a house enabling you to have more time to build cars, in fact if anything it'll mean less time as you'll be spending every waking hour fixing shit on the house, renovating, decorating and then fixing more shit.

Just buy a caravan and live in it outside your current unit.....job done :D

no seriously buying a house is obviously a good move but it all costs money above and beyond the monthly mortgage repayments
