that exhaust is dirty seeing as you have the day off and the sun is out get under there and give it a clean :lol:

was on the M40 southbound (or somewhere near) on Saturday morning before 10am and sure i saw this Sierra travelling opp direction..............

Haven't you got any work to do :grin:
i know... You've still got to finish the bumper, sort out the bonnet, rip out the dash.
Then we've still got to have the new brakes fitted, oil and filter change, new guages fitted, wastegate fixed and have another power run.
All by this sunday :-D

Strut brace is now made, hopefully get it painted and fitted for tuesday :o

end pieces welded on

having bolted it all together put it on the car to see how it fitts and it does very well :-D

Ever thought of trying to get those plastic fuel injection lines just that bit closer to that turbo atall?? afterall i doubt it gets that warm, does it! Cable tie maybe?? :o

i know its only near the compressor housing but fuck me, i dont think id take that chance personally!

1000c Turbo + plastic fuel lines = tears at bedtime.

i do have some heat wrap to go round them that is going to be fitted today

but the pipes are quite heat resistant but as you say not worth the chance
