i have been alittle busy with it today.
i bought some 16's ages ago (momo arrows) and had the centre machined out of the middle to fit the pulsar centre bore, went to test fit them today and they hit my 4-pots
so i will have to see what other ones i can find.
i took the front bumper of it today as i wanted to straighten up the splitter, and i also want to get to the A/C raditor to rip it out and that is where my oil cooler is going.
looking sorry for itself isnt it

also fitted one of these, a brake stopper. i have had it for years just never got round to fitting it. its supposed to stop the master cylinder form flexing under breaking.

also after all that i decided to attack my shed, i havent been able to get in the door with the amount of crap in the dooor way. there was old car parts from previous cars half empty oil cans etc. so i put up a shelf and gave it a good tidy up. now im knackerd and i have just had a curry and now waiting for top gear to start \:D/

had another busy sunday again, sorted out my shed and got my new compressor in there and put up a workbench, was failry chuffed with it afterwards.
anyway back to the car, i fitted a air fuel ratio gauge today, wired it up but havent wired it into the ecu yet. bought it of a guy on here actually.

i continued stripping the front of the car down today to get to the aircon rad, pump and pipework for removal.

also been trawling ebay for some smaller wheels 16's/15's but need them to clear my 4-pots.

finally got to the aircon pump and pipework and ripped it all off. kinda like ripping the car to bits
here is what it looks like at the moment

and i finally got myself some 15" wheels, got myself a bit of a bargin aswell, i popped into halfords on friday to pick up a alternator belt, and i thought i would go over and have a look at some alloys, to the right of the alloys is a sign saying clearence deals and i found some 15's with tyres (nankangs

been a few weeks since i have posted anything, but i have been busy on the car, with putting all the stuff back on.
got my oil cooler mounted (where the aircon Rad was), got some hoses made up at Pirtek, and ran them to the back of the block where the oil filter is. i also wrapped the hoses up in some protective wrapped to minimize any chaffing.

i also fitted the Rad and some blue silicone which i have had for ages.

also managed to start it today, and i was surprised it started first time and was idleing lovely.
things left to do is change the barke fluid, fit better pads to the 4-pots, put the headlights in, grill, bumper and new wheels, then i think its time for the MOT
cant wait to get it back on the road, its been nearly 6months i dont think i will have it off the road for that long again.
