new toy (old school again)

Post by evildave »

After selling the Mk2 last year I've been looking for another old classic to tinker with in the garage. I finally managed to sell the Scooby type r last week, and have just arranged to collect a Triumph Dolomite sprint running a cam'd 3litre ford v6 this coming weekend.
I'll get some pictures up when I have it home :-)

Wow, now that is different and will be a handfull. Look forward to seeing/hearing it.

Not as quick as your old Mk 2 though surely.

i like the dolomite my cousin had 3 of them, cool cars.
A ford 3ltr engine would that be the ESSEX V6 engine at all?
the dolomite weighs about as much as a house fly.

Yay, old skool :)
An Essex in a dolly will fly (backwards off the track in the wet;) ) but will be a right laugh.

Mikey S, who makes the odd appearance on here has a Dolly with a Rover V8 in. Sounds and goes very nicely.
