Interesting that you have stuck with standard internals - is there a reason for this?

You can get a stud kit that holds the engine together a bit better, you can get like ladder bars that go between the sump and block to stiffen things, and you can port the inlet and exhaust. Short of balancing the rotating assembly (which is only needed for 10kRPM +) theres nothing you can do to the internals. No forged pistons (or rotors!) no uprated valves ( because there arent any) no anytihng really.
If you see a 1000hp rotary itll probably have the following engine spec:
3 rotors, balanced crank
700 2000cc injectors (standard injectors are 2x550cc and 2x850cc and they max out at 1 bar boost)
big inlet and exhaust ports
big turbo
2 bar boost
Thatll be it. Seriously, to get more power out of a rotary you just feed more boost in and your engine life expectancy goes down.
lovely rex up there, im desparately in love with the feed widebodys, i would sell my soul for one. However, 1.1 bar on standard turbos and a slightly enlarged IC with standard injectors is really pushing the envelope. I run 1 bar and my injectors hit 100% duty cycle at 7k on cold days, and i can rev to 8400; so can you probably. Get a 1680cc secondary kit in there; dont listen to people a bout 850cc primarys they give you lumpy low end response.
