I take it the first picture was taken on the rare piece of smooth Belgian tarmac? A lovely photo. A very neat engine bay. Particularly like the heat shield, good effort.

Did you make the heat shield yourself Steve? Make much difference?

I didn't realise your car had such a big spec :D

Yep, made it myself. Dont really know if it made a difference as I havent got a charge temp gauge but in theory it should make a bit. You can feel the difference in air temp after a thrash and quickly pop the bonnet and stick your hands either side of it.


The spec is loads of fun when it comes to insuring it.:D

Fraid not mate, made it a few years ago and the template went walkies.

Does look good dunnit.:D Pity it doesnt look quite as good close up, way too many drift scars.
