Get your own helmet....

Make sure you check your exhaust noise levels and be prepared to fit a bung if too noisy! :-D

Mines not crazy loud i don't think :lol: , but i would fail several tracks (especialy Bedford), if i didn't fit a bung...

it depends on the circuit.

we will be trying to get a noise meter so that we can test people's cars at a snetterton monthly meet in the new year - it is always worth knowing what your noise level is.

another tip, although a bit morbid... give blood and you will find out what blood type you are. you can either write that on the side of your helmet or somewhere visible to emergency crew if the worse case happened.

150% even with all the adrenaline pumping make sure YOU do this on my first sprint had been flying round all morning and came in for lunch, dad then went for a spin with me as a passenger it felt like the drive sharft was going to fly of my side asked if he had noticed anything "na son this is ace" "I think we should pull in". The wheel was just about to overtake us as we pulled in lucky escape so check yours!!! the heat generated is so extreme compered to normal road driving things start falling off around YOU :roll: well the way i drive anyway
