Great news. We have booked our first trackday of 2007 and have opted for our 'home' circuit, Snetterton Race track :)

In conjunction with UK Trackdays, we have a private trackday run as follows;

8.00am Arrive and sign in
8.45am Compulsory briefing
9.30am 30 minute sessions in the morning in two groups (intermediate and advanced) until 12.30
12.30- 1.30pm Lunchtime
1.30pm Open lapping with a maximum of 30 cars on track at all times
4pm or when dark Circuit closes

We have requested a much lower than normal driver limit for the day to maximise the amount of time on track and space. We have based our costs on 40 people (Open pit lane events here are normally 60 people plus)

The prices;

This equivalent day last year was my first track day ever in a 3 week old car :o some thought that i was mad but it was relaxed and I never felt pressure to drive too fast nor that i was getting in the way of others. if you are thining about trackdays, this is the best place to start or try your first.

I cant wait :D

Is the cost for shared driving the same or is an extra amount needed!!

Up to two drivers of the same car is the same fee. Multiple drivers of more than one car is classed as two fees or more depending on the numbers of cars used.

Hope that clears it up.

cheers for that, dad has to get a drive for towing the car to events for me!

sorry to be a pain but would just like to check does my track car have to be fully road legal for big power events as mot is due so would be a lot less hassle if i dont need a current ticket on it?

Lee - as long as it would pass scruitineering road legal ie MOT isnt an issue.
