Interesting rule change- is it only the MSA rulebook, or a new global/FIA ruling?

Slightly grey wording there though.... does the wheel have to be completely over the line/kerb to count as "off", or does it fall foul of the rules as soon as the outer edge of the tyre crosses?

Edit: answer found- with illustrations too! :D

They are now enforcing it on trackdays - we were told if we crossed the line then we would have to come in - I guess as a penalty.

I thought it we had to come in to calm down , check over the car and to have a quiet 5 minutes to reflect on how bad we were for going on the grass :frown: . Pete
