Love this circuit but there is one big problem for me and I guess most Subaru`s the noise level 98db and rigidly enforced static and on drive-by it seems to count for little that there is an Airport at the end of the track

Bloody neighbours and bureaucrats

Are you doing this one Stu? Donington is the one track I've not done yet in my own car and would like to do. Have tested 93-95dB static previously, but do they impose a drive-by limit too?

Unlikely to do August but want to do it at least once this year. 100% a driveby limit and I know other Imprezas can struggle there due to this. Maybe the noisy day is the way forwards?
Trackdays.co.uk are huge and have been going for many years. They do sometimes sell other peoples trackdays, kind of like a broker would insurance but I've done loads over the years........
I have driven both Donny circuits Andy and both have their merits. The one without the loop is my favourite UK circuit.

Doh, the 15 Sept noisy day is for bikes. All the car days I can see are 98dB. Might still be up for that if I can borrow a standard STi backbox to take along, just in case.

I was aware of trackdays.co.uk starting out as a listing/booking service a few years ago, but didn't realise they organised their own days.

Drive-by is rigidly enforced, I was given to understand by the track, TD operators that there is a system in the Local Council Offices which records sound levels and they have the power to halt the TD

How times have changed eh - about 8 years ago at the briefing they explained where the drive-by meter was housed and, with a wink, advised lifting slightly as you went past

Is that cars or bikes? If Cars why does it say price per rider?
