The Saxmax drivers had a punch up after the first Silverstone round, it was the most hilarious thing I'd seen in ages. Worth every penny of the entry fee.
StockHatch will keep you busy James!

What time are you Golf guys on track? Another friend of mine is running in a bike engined series later in the day (about 4pm)
Hope to see you there. Good luck to both Andy and Pike

I think qualifying for the golfs is 11ish? Their race is the last one so closer to 5, I'll be going up this afternoon. Probably see you there.

That was a great afternoon out. I arrived at about 2.30 to see Pike and Andy Warnes in the Golfs and some old time sparring partners from trackdays about 9 years ago who were contesting the road going bike engined cars championship. Paul and Andy in that series have built their own cars and were lapping in the high 13's/low 14's on Yoko A048's. Bloody quick in the real world.
I met up with The Fletcher's, Pike, Andy, Des and Martin. Banter was exchanged and some interesting ideas about next year and the cars developments were discussed.
I'm sure Des will post some of the 1200 odd photo's and the video footage of two thrilling races.
It was certainly a good way to spend three hours.
