Marham Saturday 18th April.... pics....

Post by fezza »

Just though i would post a few photos from today, ill write a proper write up when i've had a sleep as im knackered, ill also put the vids up, but here are the pics for now. If your wondering what the golf is doing with a smashed windscreen, this is the result of rolling a car at some speed, fortunately the only accident of the day and the driver was ok!

Thanks for Jon, Matt, Jacko and girlfriend and Speno and girlfriend for a superb day, its was sooo much fun :D

Was a good day, shame about the vr6, I hardly got any time out due to wrecking my chargers belt but happy with how it went when it went :-D Big thanks to ben for sorting out the event for the BP people, looking forward to another day tomorrow in the golf :D

I had a fantastic day at Marham today, A real diversity of cars on track. Did get a bit hairy sometimes when several cars all traveling at around 140 tried to outbrake each other coming off the runway :o That's something I've never been involved in before. Fun though!
Real shame about the Golf rolling, but the driver climbed out and was ok. After doing 2 trackdays at Snett, I was surprised just how many drivers fell off track today.
Car ran faultlessly all day (covered over 200 track miles) So was grateful for that. All in all, an absolutely top notch day out. Thanks to Ben for organizing it :thumb:
A few pic's i took with my phone, apologies for the quality. My favourite car was the escort, Beautiful =P~

I'm really pleased you guys had fun. I can say right here and now, that if and when I stuff the car again, feel free to post photos up (I certainly will) I think many of us that do what we do know full well that sooner or later it will happen.

Ian's Escort looks superb and I look forward to reading about your thoughts on the maiden voyage

Jon's Impreza looks very nice indeed. A nice stance (God, that sounds gay  )

Love the Evo Shogun too :thumb:

Roll on tomorrow :D
