Just a quick one to say that we are happy to say that both Mike Wilds and also Malcolm Edeson ( Maxx ) will be the two tutors on the next Opentrack event on Friday May the 8th at Snetterton.
As you know they are giving 30 minutes free instruction to people, which is included in the price of the day. The instruction is on a first come first served basis.
Have a good one & any questions please feel free to get in touch.
Dave.

The free instruction is a great offer Dave :notworthy:

Maxx saved me around two seconds at Cadwell in the Sierra so I can happily recommend him and his services.

Come on guys! Roll up, roll up

Do you fancy a boring day at work or a glorious day at Snetterton? :D

Yes mate far to many spaces left !!

we only have 21 cars booked for this day so it will be track time heaven, so plenty of space left.

I am wondering what have we done wrong to have so few

But as far i i know we have only done right so it is all well and good.

When you look at the price

Black flagged and asked to leave

Post by mutleysfriend »

Very disappointed that I was black flagged and asked to leave the circuit early today. :x

Apparently, despite my car having a noise level of 100db on the static test it was about 8db louder than any other car on the track and therefore broke the drive past test. What drive past test I hear you say, there is nothing about this on MSV's website. All they say on their website for noise testing is

"Noise Limits
Brands Hatch Indy, Oulton Park, Cadwell Park and Snetterton
Cars: Saloon & Sports Cars - 105dB(A) measured statically at 0.5metres and 45deg angle, at
