The main disadvantage for a lot of us with Bedford is their strictly controlled noise limits. I have not been there first hand, for this very reason, but know the facilities there are superb. Cadwell is a wonderful circuit with undulations like Alton Towers. It is a little remote for you guys in the Midlands but I would travel a long way to experience those challenging bends. The run off on a few bends, the hairpin being the worst, is non existent, but it rewards like few others in the UK.

Excuse my ignorance, are you new to trackdays? If so, somewhere like Snetterton is ideal as it very open, massive run offs and very forgiving in terms of noise limits.

Just my thoughts :)

i've done cadwell on a bike and it felt tight then!!

i can only imagine it in a car!!

it would be a bummer to get stuck behind someone so regularly?

snet is a good track and good facilities.

bedford has a proper track too doesn't it?

a chap on SOC got kicked off after a few laps for noise. a lot of money wasted really.

here you go....
