So these are the remaining rounds of JISC?

June 17th / Longcross / London Irish MC (TBC)

July 15th / (TBC)

August 18th / Silverstone Stowe Circuit / Classic Touring Car Racing Club

September 23rd / North Weald Airfield / Harrow Car Club

I think I could do these apart from July date - where is that by the way?

I am guessing that you guys are getting any of the dates from the AEMC championship and doing what you feel like?

I am entered in the AEMC championship and hoping to do 10 rounds so it counts towards the championship

As far as I know the 17th June one at Longcross has been cancelled...but ESL/Sprint Chief is the men to tell us straight.

Yeah sorry, Longcross is cancelled this year, and July is the next one in Debden. Thanks for the reminder to update the site.

We will need to get organised for the Silverstone event as that will fill up quickly when the regs come out. I want to try for a mag feature on that one.

North Weald is Harrows own event and the last in the calendar. There is an annual dinner after season, usually in March where the very tasty silverware gets dished out and a guest speaker does a turn. This year it was David Leslie.

As a Harrow CC member you are entitled to do pretty much every event in the South East, which means you could be sprinting twice every weekend if you like!

Hi there folks! Sorry I haven't been around more lately, just about to move house so not able to spend as much time as normal on the interweb.

Thanks to everyone for keeping this rolling, great to see people out and competing.

As Andy noted above, the June event is now looking unlikely. We knew a few months ago it wouldn't be at Longcross, we were hoping it would still go ahead at another venue; that is now looking very unlikely.

There is optimism that Longcross will be available again to motorsport, which would be good as it is a great course.

The next event will be the July Debden sprint.

I can vouch for Longcross - I used to do single venue stage rallies there and it is awesome. The snake is wicked 8)

Are there any in June that I could use as a practice?

I'm doing Car-nival at Abingdon on June 9th I can let you have contact details if you like.

Sounds good as there's two sprint circuits. 200 entries half on circuit A, half on B then swap over after lunch. Two sprints in one each with two practice and two runs. :-D

All I need now is a gear box :(
