Dax has a Digi-dash. I don't trust electronic guages, the Defis in the Subaru were the same. I've checked the pressure sender and the display and both check out OK. I'll fit a mechanical comparrison guage later and see how they differ, or not.

I think there'd be a few rattles by now if the displayed pressure were true.

I hope it is something silly simple gerry! I had a simular thing happen with my old porker, That turned out to be a sticking oil pressure relief valve!- If your oil pressure was low you would hear it rattle.

And i see that looking at sundays course, they are not doing the roundabout at the top of the track, and changed the chicane near the start!

It's developed some odd electrical gremlins too. The battery charge light has a tendency to illuminate when anything electrical is used, brake, indicators, etc. It needs a good looking at, when I get a chance. A lot of the loom is on bullet connectors so I'll probably be doing some re-wiring over the winter.

Oh, and the rear clonking would appear to be poly bushes in the top wishbone worn out. Sunday should see anything untoward just break so all might be revealed

That course has been used before. The top loop is one big left hand roundabout on this layout. Don't take the map as gospel.

Bullet connectors!?!

Here lies your problem, make up a proper loom, if its a competition car there shouldn't be any joints in any of it, just a plug coupler on the end.
