Will be good to see you there, Trev and Stu. Will get to meet Kim and others too I guess. List of cars does indeed look interesting, there's a whole class of TVRs as well as the dozen Ferraris.

Mine's the silver STi4 of course, and I'll get to wear my new red overalls for the first time :P Got to sort out a few little jobs tomorrow, including the rear disks rubbing the backplate slightly on hard cornering (replaced rear 1-pots for 2-pots last week, and the disk/drum sits about 1mm closer to the backplate than the old one :( )

Weather looks bit dodgy, but will favour 4WD if wet...

Good luck getting the diff plugs out if you haven't done it before. Don't forget to overfill the gearbox by 10mm. Sorry if that's Grandmother sucking eggs but I'm stir crazy. Sat here for 5 months waiting for the bloody season to start and now have to wait even longer while you lot have fun ](*,) :tumbleweed: :vsad:

Hoping it'll be back next Thurs. so it can be fitted over easter. Then, all being well it'll need mapping.

The way I had to shift the plugs was with a 1/2" socket bar, that fits nicely. Jack the car up and fit the bar at an angle, just be low horizontal. Pack the gap under the bar and lower the car. Or, fit the bar and use a scissor jack to lift but I recon the first way is easier and safer.

Good luck.

North Weald's a good place for learning too, as you know. Plenty of open space to cover mistakes :D

Must have been out before, which is a good sign. Maybe the previous owners looked after it well.

I'm about to tackle cleaning the engine bay, now it's empty :(

F1 quali at 1:20 ITV should brighten the day.
