No idea as to the reasoning behind the 2 visits to Silverstone.

As for the night event at Brands, will be interesting to see the fornat for that one and how the guys with tiny LED lights get round it.

Will have to get Alan to do some night driving in the car to check for glare and reflection as i'm sure the glare from the dials is quite bright at night.

Unlike a lot of chatter about the 2 rounds at silverstone, I actually think it's going to add another twist to the championship this year.

1. It's not a normal trackday circuit, so no home advantage for anyone.

2. Not only are you trying to beat other competitors, but you're also going to be trying to beat your own laptime.

3. 0.5secs off 1st at round 1. Do you risk it and dial in another 2psi of boost, take copse at 5mph more......round 5

I really believe that Trax (Round 5) is going to be an interest one.

8 weeks till R1 and still no regs. Just makes it harder and harder to get motivated or excited about the season. You spend all this time getting a car ready based on previous years regs. If there are any changes in the regs how the hell are you expected to get the changes done in time.........

Oh wait i forgot everyone's got loads of money to spend on things twice. I don't even know if there will be a contol tyre this year.....Seriously WTF (excuse the text speak) aghhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh:rant:

So needed that rant.
