im letting the side down to go to st ives cornwall for 5 days
5 days of no wags ,drinking, fishing , eating .
it really was a hard decision to make,
next year there will be a more determined me on the sprints and hopefully with a more dedicated car to compete in

There's every probability I won't be doing this now. :(

Had a great day at NW yesterday. The Dax was bloody fantastic and such a pleasure to drive. Unfortunately, despite a baffled sump it may have suffered oil surge. No engine knocking that I can hear but the oil pressure has dropped from 40ish to high teens. There's also a very nasty metallic clonk from the rear suspension.

And the RX-8 is out of the equation as the clutch is slipping

The fleet's been scuppered Trev. Only Liz's '98 Escort 1600 Zetec remains a runner  Now where's that 4x4 Sierra you found on ebay? :D

That sounds good coming from someone who's forever swanning off to mates' weddings and dos at the drop of a hat.

Trev, get yourself to Cornwall for a good time with your mates while the rest of us get soaked at a miserable NW. Blacky wants the numbers so he gets more champ points for B19.

Cornwall for a win win situation :D
