From near Ipswich, thats what it says on the AA Routeplanner, I know you can usually make up time on that esitimation, but even so....

What happens if you turn up late? As to get there at 8 means leaving mine at 4.30am.

Thanks for the offer Duncan, that may just be an excellent idea, as then I hopefully won't get lost trying to locate the place!

Can I let you know early next week, once I know the car is okay to go! As I am away this weekend I plan to drive it down to Surrey to work Monday, as a test, if its all okay, then we are a goer. I am taking Friday off to get my new tyres on my rims, and to do a few bits a bobs to the car.

Gutted, No one under 16 allowed as a passanger or allowed in the pit lane. My 14 year old son was going to come along, he was so looking forward to it as well.

Well, picked my car up, but due to having no time this weekend to look at a few things, I think I will have to pull out, got what seems like a worn wheel bearing and some random vibration that needs looking into.

Shame, as I was looking forward to this, but no point in rushing and risking something go wrong the week after I get the bloody thing back after 3 months!
