Cadwell Track Day - 10th November 2007
My box needs a modification so needs to come out. Been waiting since July but am now assured it's imminent. What I don't want is having a clutch fitted and then the box having to come out again. Also don't know whether to use the paddle I have or go for a twin plate.blacky wrote:Gerry, can't you get a clutch fitted in 2 weeks???
Think I may just make this one, as if it passes the MOT it should be fine, just have to change the oil and off we go!
Andy, what torque is the Exedy rated for?
Handle every stressful situation like a dog. If you can't eat it or hump it, piss on it and walk away!
Dunc/Stuart - what's the situation on transfers? Don't want to go treading on toes if you have a waiting list.Gerry H wrote: If it can be transferred, they can have mine.
Will check on the rated torque of that clutch, but I would presume less than the paddle/twinplate options that you're already into.
Andy
It makes no impact to me - it is a javelin day

They would be able to advise if possible to swap to a different driver/car - I wouldnt have thought it would be an issue though.

Is anyone planning on heading up there Friday night? I just looked at a route planner from mine and idn't quite realise how long it will take
To drive 3.5hrs there, do the trackday and then drive home again is maybe a bit much :!:
Also, whats the itinery, what time do we have to be at the circuit to sign our lives away etc???
