Last I heard he was leaning on the organiser for a place, but I've not had confirmation. Really hope he does make it, I'm interested in those new struts too. Will email him...

Latest news from SN is that Bren/Simon didn't get a place ... but I think they'd go for it if there is one up for grabs.

Think I may just make this one, as if it passes the MOT it should be fine, just have to change the oil and off we go!
My box needs a modification so needs to come out. Been waiting since July but am now assured it's imminent. What I don't want is having a clutch fitted and then the box having to come out again. Also don't know whether to use the paddle I have or go for a twin plate.

Andy, what torque is the Exedy rated for?

If it can be transferred, they can have mine.

Dunc/Stuart - what's the situation on transfers? Don't want to go treading on toes if you have a waiting list.

Will check on the rated torque of that clutch, but I would presume less than the paddle/twinplate options that you're already into.

It makes no impact to me - it is a javelin day

They would be able to advise if possible to swap to a different driver/car - I wouldnt have thought it would be an issue though.

Spoke to the guy at Javelin. They have a reserve list of about 10 names so he's made a note and I have a credit against a future booking. :D

Also, whats the itinery, what time do we have to be at the circuit to sign our lives away etc???
