The dates are definately real, I just need to confirm we can enter as associate members. Should know on Monday if the secretary gets back to me.

Cant wait to ty them. Somebody said there might be a second or two advantage in the dry. That should be enough to give Kim a fright. Will keep the F1s on standby for the wet.

Just got to work out the pressures on them now!

i have a pyrometer if you need it Andy.

I ran mine at 28 psi cold at the ring and they were perfect once heat was in them (normally 33 cold)

They still work pretty good in the wet once warm, but dont tell anyone ;)

A quick borrow of that would be useful Duncan. Thanks for the steer on pressures, I'll work from there. When are you next out at Snetterton? Was going to join you but cant remember the date....

Difficult to tell really Logan as my experience level and car changed so much during the period that the tyres were getting lower on tread. My first track day on them was when the car was only 3 weeks old and that took a fair amount of tread off as I couldnt stop myself going back out onto track.

They do seem to take quite a few heat cycles without worrying too much about it and now with 2mm of tread on my spare set, they still work superbly. (done about 17000 road miles, 5 track days, 1 sprint, 13 laps of the ring, 1 drift night and still just about road legal)

Having said that, my road wheels with RE070's are pretty new and worked really well at the ring.

The sidewalls are so stiff that you dont get a lot of tread movement but I can tell that the tyres worked better once scrubbed in.... doesnt take long though :D
