See you there Arron. If you want to put your Clio on the stand inbetween runs, that should be fine
TonyB wrote:I'll be driving on the day. Not knowing the format of the event I am not sure if I will get the car over to the club stand. Hopefully I will still get time to come over to chin wag. Stu; I could do with another sticker on my car - and as I put bigpower.co.uk on my driver profile form I better get one from you ;-)
I'll see what I have Tony, but the last time the stickers were used they were difficult to use without damaging the carrying film........long and short of it is that if I have some that are usable, you are more than welcome. Same for you Tony, you're more than welcome on the stand in between runs

Charge 1.50 stu and pop the 50's in the charity pot, I'm guessing they aren't window stickers?

They are the normal kind of vinyls that can be applied to any exterior surface so glass or paintwork mate. I'm cool with people donating anything that they want to the charity and I'll be doing a whip around just before lunchtime (12 noon) to this effect anyway. I'll be tapping you up for way more than 50p Rob :D

A few updates for you guys :)

I've heard from Kevin Foley this afternoon, and he's confirmed how much space we can have so I've doodled what I think should/could be a layout to try on the day.

Image

I'm not sure about storing extra vehicles or trailers with our stand and anyone driving in the event will not be able to come onto the stand. I am sorry but this request is at the organisers say so.

We have also been limited to 30 cars total :( I am disappointed with several of these aspects but it's out of my control and I am sure that the organisers are having a hell of a time keeping everyone happy, so we'll have to roll with it and make the best of what I hope will be an awesome event for everyone involved

As soon as I know where we're allocated I'll update the forum but this could be as late as the night before (I have been offered the opportunity to meet the organisers on the Saturday).
