Really sorry I cant play on this Andy/Gerry. Seriously under a lot of pressure to get this project finished and they are really fekking pissing me off at the moment throwing all toys out of the pram because of what they say is a bug but in reality is a complete fekking change of spec. :jerk:

Never mind Dunk. Would have been good if you could have made it.

Maybe next year BP can field a sizeable entry for the JISC.

I flipping well hope to get some benefit of my MSA license this year - presumeably these are still going on after this event?

Not that I'm doing. There's Debden on the 7th Oct but that clashes with Donny. If you've joined the RAFMSA, there's one at Barkston Heath in Oct but you don't need the MSA licence for that.

Other than that there's:

Sun. 30th Sept. Farnborough CC at Eelmor
Sat. 6th Oct. BARC at Lydden
Sat. 27th Oct. Rochester CC at Lydden

Letting work getting in the way of play? Tsk tsk [-X Need to work on those priorities

You can find out what is going on by going to http://www.msauk.org, clicking on "Fixtures" (left hand menu), selecting category "speed", and enter date range from todays date to the end of the year. Comes up with a number of events, ignore clubmans (typically these are only open to specific cars or clubs) and National 'A' events (you'll need to get a licence upgrade before you can do these!). This leaves you with:

29.9.07 Three Sisters, Wigan (bit of a hike), Longton + District Motor Club (MC)
29.9.07-30.9.07, Loton Park, Hagley+District MC
30.9.07 Eelmoor, Farnborough+District MC
06.10.07 Lydden, B A R C
07.10.07 Debden, Herts County Auto Club
07.10.07 Curborough, Midland Auto Club
07.10.07 Kames, Wigton MC (never heard of it, doesn't sound close)
14.10.07 Curborough, Hillclimb and Sprint Assn
20.10.07 Castle Combe, Bristol Pegasus MC
21.10.07 Curborough, Midland Auto Club
27.10.07 Lydden, Rochester MC

There are some others in Kirkistown, Anglesey, Jersey, Guernsey, Grampian motor museum but I'm guessing you're not too fussed about travelling quite so far! There are a couple at Goodwood as well, but they are clubmans/classics, so you may not be eligible. If you want to do any of these, get in touch with me, I will check eligibility / entries etc. for you.
