How's Dr Hayward's head this morning?

No problem mate, I enjoy doing it. Looking at Vbox data is all well and good, but sometimes sync-ing up vids makes it easier to understand visually. Not much vids-wise this round due to lack of running, but I'll stick them up when I'm home later.

Gary's bright and breezy today- think he suffered yesterday though. From the sounds of it, it makes me glad I passed out on the sofa from tiredness and missed his text!

With Danny pointing out how long it's lasted and then seeing you launch, I am amazed it's not happened sooner!

How bloody tough must that diff be to endure that kind of abuse for 3 years?
