Cadwell trackday write up and pics
As i sat in the briefing room looking DOWN on the track snaking left and right from about 200 feet up(!!!) i was wondering what i'd let myself in for. I must admit i barely took any of the briefing in and on the warm up laps even with a 70mph ceiling i couldn't believe my eyes as the car was running away from me down the slopes.
Anyway after 30mins of instruction and some good advice from big and little Stu i got after it, had a great day and will be going back to Cadwell as soon as possible. Also got my first pasenger ride in the Dagenham Destroyer and realised that Stu would slaughter me in my silver bullet even though it has about 200bhp more. (I don't think the 2 new age Scoobs knew what had hit them as he passed them!)
Anyway, thanks to the BP guys that provided really good off track company as well as on track advice that helped no end. I'd also like to thank Mr Tein and Mr AP as they made me look a tad less crap then i was at Snetterton back in March...
