Your best bet is something like Northloop. They are a dedicated forum and therefore get out there quite regularly :)

We went with 'circuit days' an event they run every year with 100 cars. Was a great weekend.

I used to use RMA for the ring very well run days can't fault them and they are flying lap's as well so you can just lap as long as you like, without having to come in .

Don't to the tourist days ! some TDO's will advertise a "track day" at the ring but when you look close all you get is to travel there in a group: and have a hotel and maybe 5 or 6 laps booked for you on a tourist day : These are not what you want .
