Yea will deffo be up for taking you out in the car at some point. Maybe a track day at Snetterton or something. I did come over to find you but you must have been out on track at that point.

Thanks mate

:)

It was actually alot harder than it looked to NOT drift trying to get the power down on the exits. :o

The exit on the complex had a small little camber change on exit where it fell away little. Keeping the back in line there was a nightmare but great fun lol. I had a few power slides out of that corner :P

Another great day at Marham. After meeting up with Stu and travelled up to Marham expecting to join the queue to get in, but straight in and got off loaded. The Golf is on its last legs, the engine has got more rattles than mothercare so I really didn't think it was going to last long. I shared the day with my brother in law who is a trackday veteran so he knew what he was doing on track. We had to change our first set of tyres after the first couple of sessions as the wear rate was quite high, we were also suffering from melted exhaust rubbers, so we came prepared with spares.

Just before lunch my brother in law had a bit of an incident with 3 cones, and decided to bring one back with him :-D

And somehow breaking the wing mirror :o

I ripped the pi$$ out of him for this, only for this to turn round and bite me in the arse later :?

Got lunch out the way and the Golf was still going, it was getting to the end of the day and I was out following Jason in his Golf, I got a good entry into the fast sweeping bend just before the straight, only I had entered abit to fast so I carried abit too much speed out of the bend and into the path of the biggest cone on the airfield :-D resulting in an almighty bang

Had to make my way all around the track back into the pits with a very knackered wheel. Had a quick look for anymore damage but was very lucky and found nothing, so we stuck on a spare and got back out there

The car lasted the whole day to our surprise and lives to see another day, although I think an engine conversion to coming its way  Good to meet more BP members and hope to be attending more trackdays soon
