Marham Sun 19th
I think Stu has said all there is to be said generally about today other than a well deserved thank you from all the BP members that attended and had a good time to Ben for organising it =D> =D> =D> .
My day started off the wrong way with boost problems due to the Greddy Pro-Fec B which is very shortly going to embark on its last journey to the "wheelie bin". I eventually managed to stop it boosting at 2-58 bar and reduced it to 1-5bar which wasn't ideal seeing its mapped to run 2-0 bar but at least it made it possible for me to get on with what i set out to do. My main objective for today was to play with the suspension and find the best settings for track and road after seam welding the shell and not using the car for the best part of two years. I must admit i was rather pissed off the first part of the day and must appologise if i was a tad unsociable but i am pleased to report that this afternoon was very constructive and i left Marham satisfied with the outcome.

Yes,
A great day. Thanks to Ben for organising it for us guys.
First time i have done this one and really enjoyed it so will be doing it again. Etiquette on track was actually pretty good. Lucky we all know Stu though and what he gets up to in Betty so can be extra aware when he is around. The idea of an area of dayglo paint like Waynes wheels on the front of his car may not be a bad one. Great to meet up with the BP German car drivers division and everyone else too of course.
On that note im am so glad i took the M3 even though i did not get it as ready as i would have liked. Lardy leather seats, soggy rubber brake lines and tired clutch remained. Big thanks again to Jason for the Wheels. It actually handled much better on the combination of mine/his old tyres than the nearly new Khumo Ecsta's that i tried on the standard wheels for the first couple of sessions while i was bedding the new pads in that i had fitted the day before. Even with standard suspension and standard single pot brakes this car really impresses me. I was showing 145 on the main straight with having to leave plenty of slowing down time due to the brakes. This shows how good these cars are as standard. I had no issues with the car apart from the bonnet popping up to it's safety catch at 120mph so it lives to fight another day. I wonder if the Skyline or Pulsar would have taken the beating as well and they have both had a fortune spent on them in mods. The BM still owes me less than

I know I'm competitive, it's been the bane of my life for many years but you should also ask yourself this. If I'm right up your arse in the corners and I wasn't there a moment ago perhaps you should get out of the way

These days etiquette seems to be that if you own a fast car you can drive with impunity by cornering any old way you want because no bugger can overtake you anywhere near a corner and then you can hit the loud pedal and fuck off into the distance, Star Trek style.
Funny how it's never the faster cars or drivers that complain?

Great picture here mate!
This is me if anyone was wondering.
I can remember alot of the BMW's out there. Some pretty quick ones as well.
Was able to hit 160mph down the back straight with a little room left and the new brakes just loved to be leaned on.
I love the little left right flick they put down after the complex this year.
Anyone remember chasing / me chasing them?
